Your satisfaction is our priority at Amina Paris. If an item doesn't suit you, we offer a simple and quick solution.
⏰ Return Period
You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
✅ Eligibility Conditions
To be accepted, any returned item must:
- Never have been worn, washed, or altered
- Be in its original condition, with the tag attached
- Be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent)
Sale items, promotional items, or personalized items are not eligible for return.
📤 How to make a return?
- Send us an email at aminaparis.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
- Carefully package the item and send it to the address provided.
- Keep your proof of shipment (tracking number).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
💰 Refunds
Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
If you have not received your refund after this period, first check with your bank, then contact us if necessary.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish for a different size or color, we invite you to return the item and place a new order.
